This listing is ONLY for those who want to UPGRADE their Student Memory Book Ad.

If your Booster Membership Level benefits include a Student Memory Book Ad, you are eligible to upgrade your ad to a larger size. (To purchase a Student Memory Book Ad, please use this listing instead.)

Please use this form to submit your memory book ad. You can create your ad for free using the following software: Canva, Adobe Express, Creatopy, or PosterMyWall. If you would like help making your ad, creative design assistance is available for an additional $5 fee.

All ads must be submitted by May 1st to be included in the Memory Book. Any ads received after that date will not be eligible to be included in the Playbill and will be refunded. (Please be aware that refunds may take 10 days or more to process.) All files must be submitted in a .jpg or .png format.

Due to differences in ad dimensions, Student Playbill Ads cannot be reused as-is for the Memory Book. If you wish to reuse your Playbill Ad, it is up to you to resize the ad so that it fits the Memory Book ad size requirements.

Be aware that upgrading your ad may change your ad orientation!

Memory Book Ad Dimensions: (Please be aware that the Memory Book ads are not the same dimensions as the Playbill ads.)

• 1/8th page = 4.25" x 2.75" (landscape orientation)
• 1/4th page = 5.5" x 4.25" (portrait orientation)
• 1/2 page = 8.5" x 5.5" (landscape orientation)
• Full page = 8.5" x 11" (portrait orientation)

• Theatre at the Ridge and the Booster Club reserve the right to modify or reject any ads submitted at their discretion. Please be aware that content with images or words deemed inappropriate by the department or club will not be eligible to be included. 
• If ads are purchased, but not submitted via the Google Form by the stated deadline, they will not be included in the Memory Book. It is the sole responsibility of the party purchasing the ad to submit it on time, through the required Google Form, and in the correct format.
